Floyd County, IA- A crash on the Avenue of the Saints slows traffic Friday afternoon. The Floyd County Sheriff's Department said Carl Krukow was driving a tractor and soybean drill in the right lane and shoulder of the road with its flashers on. A deputy says Robert Roethler crashed his pick-up into the back of the soybean drill at highway speeds. People heading west on The Avenue near Nora Springs experienced a short delay while crews cleaned up. No one was seriously hurt but the Roethler was cited with failure to maintain control.
