Charles City, IA-  Ken Carr survived the storms that ravaged Charles City on May 15th 1968.  These are photos from his personal collection.

Carr started collecting these photos just days after the storms of 1968. He and a friend went up in an airplane and snapped as many photos as they could.

In 2003, Carr started gathering photos from other storm survivors in the area and put together this collection of more than 350 photos.  Carr has donated the pictures to the Floyd County Museum.
