DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Authorities say an Oklahoma woman barred from being near the band Hanson was arrested after showing up at their events in Des Moines.
Des Moines police say 25-year-old Alexandra Martin, of Tulsa, Okla., was arrested Wednesday night after she was spotted in the crowd at the band's downtown concert.
The band behind the 1997 hit "MmmBop" says they also saw Martin during a charity event earlier in the day.
Des Moines television station KCCI reports (http://bit.ly/188n2qK ) all three Hanson brothers have a protective order against Martin, who is not allowed to come within 300 yards of them.
Martin, who remains at the Polk County Jail, has been charged with three counts of violating a protective order. Records do not list an attorney.
