FARIBAULT, MN-Following a massive manhunt, authorities have arrested a suspect in the stabbing of a woman in Faribault.
Authorities say 27-year-old Shane Wilson stabbed his 26-year-old girlfriend several times before fleeing Saturday afternoon.
The woman was unresponsive when police found her in a vehicle stalled near the police station.
Officers also found two children inside. Neither were hurt.
The victim later told police she was stabbed during a domestic argument.
Authorities believe the suspect stole a car during his escape and later set it on fire on a gravel road off Highway 14.
Faribault police along with officers from steel county sheriff's department were able to track Wilson and arrested him without incident this afternoon.
He was taken to the hospital with weather related injuries.
