INDICE DE GALERIAS
DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) — A Davenport man has been accused of using his cellphone to record video of a woman undressing at a tanning salon.
The Quad-City Times reports (http://bit.ly/16HWSPv ) Justin Coffey made an initial court appearance Tuesday in Scott County District Court. He is charged with invasion of privacy-nudity.
An affidavit says the 28-year-old Coffey was a customer at Bayside Tan on May 9 when a female customer was in a private room preparing to tan nude.
Coffey is accused of sliding his cellphone under the door as the woman undressed. She screamed and alerted a manager.
The affidavit says Coffey returned to his tanning room before trying to leave. He was later taken to the Scott County Jail and released.
