OTTUMWA, Iowa (AP) — Recovery crews have found the body of a man in an Ottumwa area body of water.
The Ottumwa Courier reports (http://bit.ly/1aCiZ8D) that the Ottumwa Fire Department performed a recovery mission around 1 p.m. Saturday. The body was recovered from the water near a boat ramp.
Ottumwa Police Department say the body appears to be a middle-aged man, but have not yet identified the man.
Police say they're still investigating. The body has been sent to a medical examiner for an autopsy.
