Activists are calling for a "Screen Out" when it comes to smoking on film. Rebecca Schimming is collecting signatures for a nationwide protest against smoking on the silver screen. The "Screen Out" campaign is asking producers to snuff out smoking in films seen by youngsters. She uses the Disney movie "101 Dalmations" as an example. "It may so not necessarily glorify smoking, with Cruella DeVille, but it just sends a message about smoking and it's something we want to get rid of in all kids movies," said Schimming.
