After a cool start to the day, we saw a lot of sunshine before the clouds returned in the afternoon. The clouds were associated with some showers that developed in Northwest Iowa and brought a few showers to our area in the evening.
A low pressure system to the west will bring a better chance for showers and a few thunderstorms into Friday morning. The rain will be ending in the afternoon with skies clearing for the weekend. Temperatures will stay around normal, which is the lower to mid 80s. There is another chance for rain Monday and again on Tuesday.
