MASON CITY, IA - A reward is being offered to find those responsible for recent threats at Mason City High School.

The anti-bullying group called "Children and Adults against Bullying" is offering $500 to help solve the case.

Someone scrawled two graffiti messages warning about a planned act of violence at the school.

The group's leader says they're looking for any information that could lead to an arrest.

"It's very important to know who did this,” said CAABI Director Patrick Harnish, “cause they're crying out for help, and if it's a hoax, it's important to know whose responsible for that."

Cerro Gordo County sheriff Kevin Pals says Crime Stoppers is also offering a reward for information in this case.
