Rockford IA - Police were called on scene to an overnight accident south of Rockford. At 4 a.m. rescue crews arrived at 230th Street East of Foothill Avenue. They found a 1998 Dodge Pickup truck rolled over into a ditch. 19-year-old Ryan Dougherty from Dougherty, Iowa was driving.
According to a police report the vehicle exited a driveway at a high rate of speed, lost control and went into a ditch and rolled. 20-year-old Brianne Pals of Belmond, Iowa was ejected from the pickup and died on scene.
