MANCHESTER, MN – The Minnesota State Patrol says at one person is dead in an accident that happened Wednesday morning on Minnesota Highway 13 in Freeborn County.
27-year-old Felicity Mathieu of Alden died in the accident.
The accident involved Mathieu's vehicle and a semi that was hauling hogs. The incident took place just north of Manchester, where the highway curves. The two vehicles collided in the southbound lane around 10:15 a.m.
The driver of the semi was uninjured.
Visibility was limited Wednesday morning due to the fog.
