CLEAR LAKE, IA - Traffic was backed up on Interstate-35 southbound for a while Tuesday afternoon due to an accident.
An SUV pulling a cargo trailer rolled over just before noon near the Avenue of the Saints exit south of Clear Lake. The accident blocked one lane of traffic.
The Clear Lake Fire Department says high wind is likely the cause of the accident.
Two people inside the SUV were able to get out safely. One of them was taken by ambulance to a hospital.
