Phoenix, AZ - Getting kids to eat more fiber can be a challenge for parents.

Now one mom says she's come up with a tasty way to sneak it into the meal.

Brown rice is part of a novel new drink called "Froose."

A mom came up with the idea because she wanted to give her own kids a healthy alternative to the ever-popular juice box.

A four-ounce box of  "Froose" contains three grams of fiber.

Besides brown rice, the drink contains whole fruit concentrate, with only eight grams of sugar.

It's also gluten-free.

If you're like to find out more about it, go to www.froose.com.
