Washington, DC - President bush wants america to get in shape.

He unveiled the National President's Challenge.

The idea is to encourage Americans to become more physically active and eat better.

Mister Bush said with more than two-thirds of the country's adults overweight, it's time for Americans to step up and take control of their health.

A website explains how you can pick different exercises and health goals and keep track of how you're doing.

At the end of the challenge the committeee overseeing the program will award individuals and groups who successfully meet their goals.

The state with the highest participation will be acknowledged as well.

Americans can sign up for the National President's Challenge by logging on to www.presidentschallenge.org.
