KIMT-TV (CBS) is seeking a Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter.
If you crave local sports, this position is for you! We cover more local sports than any station in our market. Our sports go beyond the highlights and in to the stories behind the athletes in high schools and colleges around north Iowa and southern Minnesota. We’re located in a wonderful Midwestern market right between Des Moines, IA and Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN.
Candidates must have either a four-year degree in Broadcast Journalism or Broadcast Communications. Must be able to shoot video with DVC Pro Camcorder and have strong writing, editing (linear and non-linear) and presentation skills.
Any offer of employment is contingent upon applicant successfully passing background screening and drug test. Successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
