1 injured, 1 facing charges after ATV accident in Olmsted County

The man initially said he fell off a roof, but when a deputy was leaving he saw a RZR ATV flipped over in a ditch near the driveway.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – An investigation is underway after a 71-year-old man was injured in what authorities believe was an ATV accident.
Authorities responded to the 7300 block of College View Rd. E. at 10:04 p.m. and found the man complaining of back, rub and spine pain.
The man initially said he fell off a roof, but when a deputy was leaving he saw a RZR ATV flipped over in a ditch near the driveway.
Paul Cassidy, 54, of Eyota, was identified as the driver is facing charges for DWI and criminal vehicular operation.
