MASON CITY, IA - A collapsed roof next door means its time to move for a local business.

Leaders at the Tobacco Outlet in the South Port shopping center say they're looking for a new home.

Their old building sits right next door to the old Hobby Lobby where the roof collapsed last weekend.

A representative from the tobacco store's parent company, Kwik Trip, says the building has been deemed unsafe.

He told KIMT over the phone Wednesday, they plan to relocate.
