CLEAR LAKE, IA--
A teenager was in critical condition Monday after a serious car accident.Seventeen-year-old Hannah Hall was airlifted to a Mason City hospital after her car overturned.
She was heading down 285th street in Clear Lake when she lost control of the car.
The Iowa State Patrol said the accident happened around nine in the morning.
Rescuers said she was unconscious but still breathing when they arrived at the scene.
“For unknown reasons at this time the vehicle lost control and entered the ditch as it was rotating,” said State Trooper Mindy Griffin. “The vehicle overturned and the driver was ejected.”
The State Patrol is still investigating the crash. At this point they don't know what caused the wreck.
