ALBERT LEA---A special meeting is being planned regarding the future of a Southern Minnesota city manager.
Albert Lea City Manager Jim Norman is on paid leave from his duties.
A special meeting of the Albert Lea City Council is scheduled for Thursday 5:30 p.m. at the council chambers in city hall.
Norman is facing felony charges for abusing the city's credit card during his recent move.
Norman does not agree with the charges against him.
