Iowa's Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley is reflecting on that message. “I'm very happy with what he said, now I'm not happy with everything he said, but the tone and the turnaround is very promising,” said the Senator.
Sen. Grassley says the President appropriately emphasized jobs and the deficit. He believes those are two of the main issues facing the country right now.
