Recover, Replant, and Restore
Mason City, IA-Some Mason City volunteers are trying to restore parts of an area park.
Kids are laying mulch around trees in East Park.
Many of the trees were damaged during last year's flooding.
Trees Forever is in charge of the "Recover, Replant and Restore" campaign.
They're raising money to deal with the damage caused to trees statewide from last year's natural disasters
The group of Mason City kids are also being joined by others from Winterset.
It's part of a city swap between the two youth groups.
