Mower County, MN- A Southern Minnesota man faces animal neglect charges.
The Mower County Humane Society officals were called to a home in Lyle, last week. Authorities say they found two dead dogs on the property.
Animal workers say it looks like the pair haven't recieved care in a while.
It's believed they died of starvation.
The Humane Society's Vice President, Barry Rush, says it's hard to see this happen.
He adds he's waiting to hear the owners side of the story.
