MASON CITY, IA--A Lake Mills man is being held on drug charges following a traffic stop in Mason City.
Shortly after 6 p.m. on Saturday the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff's Department stopped the driver of a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier for traffic violations.
Passenger, Eric Conrad Millard, 27, of Lake Mills is being charged with possession of Ecstasy with intent to deliver and possession of Marijuana.
Sarah Movick, 22, of Clear Lake is charged with driving without a valid license.
Millard is being held in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on a $50,000.
The Sheriff's Office said Millard faces a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison if he is convicted on both charges.
