The man accused of killing Aplington-Parkersburg head football coach Ed Thomas enters a written plea of "not guilty."  This means that an arraignment scheduled tomorrow (July 7th) for Mark Becker is no longer necessary.

Becker is accused of shooting Thomas last month in a weightlifting room at the high school.  He is facing first degree murder charges.  His bond is set at a million dollars.
