Hancock County, IA- A north Iowa man is pleading guilty to perjury. Kyle Christie, 35, of Klemme admitted to voting in last year's general election as a felon.
Hancock County Attorney Karen Salic says Christie filled out a voter registration form indicting he was not a felon and voted. Legally he can't vote. Christie is being sentenced in about a month.
