Forest City - A North Iowa law enforcement officer has been terminated and his case is now going through the grievance process.
Forest City Police Chief Dan Davis confirmed today that Chad Rochleau has been terminated due to an incident which occurred while the officer was on duty.
According to Davis, the city officers are under contract with an officer’s union and grievance procedures are being followed.
Davis said Rochleau has been with department approximately eight years and that no additional information regarding the termination is being released at this time.
