BRITT, IA---A man is recovering from injuries after hitting a house with his pickup truck.
Hancock County dispatchers are confirming a driver slammed into a home on second Avenue in Britt just before 5:17 p.m. on Monday evening.
Dispatchers said no one was in the house at the time of the impact.
The unidentified driver was taken to a Mason City hospital.
There is no word on his condition.
Britt Police declined to release any additional information.
