LAKE MILLS, IA- There are a little more than two months remaining for a majority of employees at a north Iowa company. Cummins Filtration leaders in Lake Mills say their final round of layoffs is set for April 8th.
Human Resources Manager Beth Nyguard tells KIMT News 3 the cuts impact about 200 current employees. Roughly 150 others will stay with the company. In 2009, leaders announced a plan to transfer positions to Mexico.
Nyguard tells us all workers are being offered the same severance package throughout the process.
