ROCHESTER, MN-- A suspected weekend DWI case turns into something more for the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office.

The Minnesota State Patrol pulled a car over on Interstate 90 near Highway 52 after someone complained about erratic driving.

It turns out the vehicle had been stolen early Saturday morning in the 900 block of Wilbur Lane in Southeast Rochester.

A 27 year old man from the Rochester area is in custody.

His name is not being released until he is formally charged.

Investigators are checking to see if he might possibly be connected to another stolen vehicle that had been crashed and if there is a link to a recent burglary.
