MASON CITY, IA--- A North Iowa woman is recovering after crashing her car and spending the night in the cold.
The Iowa State Patrol said Charlotte Owen, 86 of Marble Rock was found in her vehicle just before 7 a.m. Thursday morning.
Owen was Westbound on Highway 14 around 9 Wednesday night and lost control of her car near Floyd County road T-38.
It struck some trees and a culvert.
Owen was listed in fair condition at a Mason City hospital Thursday night.
