Bark in the Park

Mason City, IA-Pooches and their pals are gathering at an area park to raise money for a cause.

"Bark in the Park" is an annual fundraiser for the Humane Society of North Iowa. People brought their dogs to the Lime Creek Nature Center Sunday.

Some pets even got top honors like fastest tail wagger or cutest smile. The executive director says it's a great way to see all of her old friends again.

"It's like a big family reunion. All of the dogs adopted come back to the event we get to seem them in their new homes with new families," said Sybil Soukup.
