MASON CITY, IA--A former Mason City Mayor is entering a written plea of guilty to operating a boat while intoxicated.
Roger Bang was arrested on Clear Lake in late July as he showed some members of a RAGBRAI biking team from Italy around in his boat during the bike tour's stop in North Iowa.
Bang has previously said he is sorry and was ready to take responsibility for his actions.
No sentencing date has been set.
