MANLY,IA-The Pony Express is in town and they are asking for a little help, so they can help others.
The group braved the cold temperatures today to stand at this intersection in Manly.
Drivers were able to drop donation in boots.
All of the money will go to the Easter Seals Camp Sunnyside in Des Moines, a place for adults and children with disabilities.
Volunteers here say the fundraising has been really great.
Pony Express volunteer Brent Michaelsen says, “Today the public has been really good been real generous here in Manly at this corner stop. It's always a very good one."
Michaelsen says the money will also go to help purchase things like wheelchairs, crutches and medical beds.
The Pony Express also held auctions today are having a barn bash tonight at the Kensett Community Center.
