MASON CITY - Folks in Charles City are looking forward to having their new footbridge assembled. Right now, there are several pieces of bridge sitting along the river-side.City Administrator Tom Brownlow says they will put a couple sections up on each side of the bank then use a crane to connect them.
Brownlow says he hopes to have the bridge up and open for walkers within a week or two.
