A new report says America is getting fatter.
Despite recent public health efforts to get people to slim down, researchers find obesity rates did not decline in any state last year.
In fact, obesity rates among U.S. adults increased in 16 states.
According to the trust for America's health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Mississippi is the fattest state in the union.
Colorado is the least obese.
Iowa ranks 20th in the nation.
Minnesota checks in at 38th.
