People are always looking for a new way to "krank" up their workout.

If you've ever taken a spin class, it's time to mix it up with a krankcycle.

Fitness experts are buzzing about the exercise equipment.

Treadmills and ellipticals are the popular way to get cardio in a gym.

But the new wave, is the "KRANKcycle."

The American Council on Exercise, says kranking provides an effective cardio and upper-body workout. their study also concludes kranking class participants can burn an average of nine calories per minute, that's over 500 calories per 60 minute class.
