Jonathan Pletcher, M.D., Doctor of Adolescent Health says, "So they're not over-using something that is perceived to be benign, such as tylenol or ibuprofen, which if they're using it too frequently could really lead to some severe symptoms or health problems."

Stop invaders at your feet and wear flip flops in the shower.
Get regular exercise and stay hydrated.
Doctor Pletcher says if you are a bit dehydrated and pick up a viral illness, you will get sicker quicker.
