MASON CITY, IA - An area blood center is making a move.
LifeServe Blood Center took its last blood donation at its current site and is relocating to the shops on the west side of Mason City.
The new address will be 4700 Fourth St. SW, near the movie theater in Mason City.
They took their last blood collection at the existing site on Tuesday.
The new donor center will be open and ready for blood donations on November 15.
LifeServe Blood Center is the sole provider of all blood and blood products to hospitals across north Iowa.
